Service Description

For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Sports Massage may utilize a variety of techniques such as classical Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization and hydrotherapy.

Cancellation Policy

Canceled bookings with at least 24 hour advance notice can be canceled at no cost. If needing to cancel within 24 hours your booking can be reserved for another day, and charged for on that day, if needing to cancel the rescheduled booking within 24 hours of that appointment the booking cannot be rescheduled and will be charged for that day.
